Excellent service

This message is delayed as I was hectic at work but I have been meaning to type it.

I want to commend Kamo for his excellent service. I am a frequent shopper at footwear, particularly Eastgate branch, even before the shop move.

A few weeks back I saw a shoe I liked but there was no stock there at Eastgate. Kamo , keen to ensure i was happy, advised that there was stock at another branch and advised he was off on the Sunday, so he will go on his off day, to that branch and fetch one for me.

He took my details, and kept up me to date on text. By monday my shoe was at the store and I happily received it.

Service is very important, this was over and above normal duty and I want to acknowledge it loudly. I enjoy my experience at Footgear generally, and this type of service will ensure I keep going back.
