Excellent Customer Service by Tebogo Swarts - Maponya Mall

<p>I am soooo impressed with the kind of great customer service I received from Tebogo who is based at Maponya branch. I walked into the shop and was greeted by 2 people who were standing by the door , a lady and a guy, I was walking around the shop checking for sneakers when I was approached by a guy , who asked if I was ok and if I could help, I told him I was still checking and he responded by saying I should let him know if I need him to help , when I spotted what I liked , I sat inorder to fit the shoe , the same guy came over , offered and help me take my shoes off, fir , put back my own shoe when I was done , and I was like , wow , this is the 1st. As I was still shopping around , same guy can and asked if he could offer me something to drink , imagine the shock as I had really given up on customer services in our malls , he brought me hot chocolate*what a great initiative and unique touch*.....I don't think words can express my gratitude here....I paid and left the shop with a smile on my face, a bit of victory dance as I just melts my heart when one meets people like Tebogo.Great one boet , keep it up , and to management, please take care of such calibre of people, we need them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thankx a mil</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p> </p> <p>Dumi Thusi</p> <p> </p>
