Ongezile was selling to us, but the entire staff was serving us - they all jumped in to check sizes, unpack and repack boxes, ensure other clients were served comfortably, and encourage us that the right shoe was there to be found! How amazing! How refreshing! And mostly, how wonderful to receive this gift from them. We ;eft with 5 pairs of footwear and happy smiles all around. We unpacked and repacked at least 50 plus boxes - all the while with amazing positivity from all staff. And to see them congratulate Ongezile on his good sale when we left, encourages us to be brand ambassadors for this store and this team!
