Dissatisfied customer!!

Bought a pair of havanairs at footgear in Mitchell's plain on 01/01/2021. I occasionally wear the shoes. I went to westgate footgear in Roodepoort to return the shoes as they broke, but I could not be assisted because they claim 6 months has passed for gaurantees. I'm highly dissatisfied with the service received. I only needed them to exchange the shoes!!
