Dispute from retail store

I spoke to brain ledwaba about returning shoes for exchange for size he to me I should bring them back when they are still cleaning and portable, I told him those takkies they are for a 3 year old boy he told me not to came again to their store in menlyn he won't change them I told him that those shoes I bought them 7 days back they are still new ,he didn't careless abouts my concern
