Disgusting customer skills

Received the absolute most disrespectful and disgusting service ever by the manager at the Mamelodi Shopping center store. I bought shoes for my child and they were ruined at the strap less than two weeks later. I brought them in for an exchange and was told by the manager that should would never exchange them. She was so loud and obnoxious about it, it felt like she was using me as entertainment to amuse her co workers and herself. I would never recommend this store to anybody. The shoes are clearly ruined as a defect or factory fault but no, when I proceeded to ask for the head office phone number she gave me a *** number and basically laughed in my face, what a joke. This happened less than a month ago but I still can’t get it out of my mind.
