Disgusting and unprofessional working environment.

I had app**** for a vacancy that they had advertised to my knowledge I passed the first interview which was done online ,then later on got an email to attend a second interview as well which I did to know knowledge later on that day a lady from the footgear head office by the name of Ntumeleng/Nosipho called me to ask me if I could start training in the Phoenix branch as excited as I were i asked the lady start training does this mean I got the job and she said to me very clearly yes I did I was successful and my responses from my interview were positive at this point I also got offered another job which I was going to start work on the same day footgear called me to go train I had turned that job down because footgear is something similar to what I have worked with before very excitedly went to perform my training in store which I might add I was trained on a sales assistant but I had app**** to be a store manager I was trained by a store manager who was very *********** herself didn't know alot of procedures only to find out the week after that I'm performing an assessment which I was not told from the start I was told that I'm training and I had the job suddenly my assessment had failed because the manager from Phoenix plaza had given them bad feedback ,firstly she didn't even train me for the position I app**** for secondly if I sat I'm 2 interviews and passed it with big people from head office who is this lady to give the final say when she didn't even train me on what I app**** for and thirdly footgear had cost me a job which I were meant to start because they had told me I got the job I do believe footgear is not a vendor on the roadside to do such things to individuals who are desperately seeking employment, they clearly have people in positions who don't even know what they are doing they had asked me for an email with my response I'm still awaiting feedback up till now ,disgusting behavior and very unprofessional
