Disappointed
As a former Employee of this company I have been begging for an employment confirmation letter that is needed at Labour Department for my UIF since 2020 during my maternity leave and after my job termination in 2022 but the HR is not helping because I’m one of the employees they took from Edcon when they bought all the Edgars Actives back in 2019 I don’t know what to do anymore since the department of labour is also not standing up for me despite the numerous email I sent to them tagging the Footgear HR department but nothing Please intervine as you are my last hope Thank you ***

I agree that there’s a letter that was sent last year but it’s wrong I have rep**** to the email from HR saying that the letter is not what it’s requested they were supposed to write a letter of authority confirming that the HR is the one who signed my claim forms that’s it and the lady we have been assisted by Thandi Kgwale from Groblesdal labour department have also rep**** on the email from HR what exactly is needed but the HR hasn’t sent it to them or me therefore she cannot go on with my claim and it’s now a dead end
I have all emails supporting this matter
