Customer service

I just wanna take the time to thank Barry Sitlhako at the glen branch for going the extra mile to assist me... I called today and I asked if he has a specific shoe in stock... which he didn't have but he offered to trace the nearest footgear to me with available stock. Reason why this is big to me is because in the past few weeks footgear stuff refused to do this when asked... however Barry did this with a smile his the true definition of excellent customer service... his bubbly personality just made my Monday that much better
