Centurion FootGear lack of service

Footgear centurion mall My girlfriend bought a R800 pair of shoes for my birthday and as it was a gift i was not there to fit the shoes but she was told that they would get in a pair from another shop if they did not fit. I try on the shoes they do not fit. We went to the shop and were told that the only branch that has the size is in houtbay Cape Town but they wil get back to us on whether they can send it down to centurion. We still have not recieved a call! We went back last weekend and were told that the boksburg branch now has a pair but they will phone the branch to confirm. After 30min standing in the shop they still could not get through to the branch and said they will phone us and let us know when they have booked the pair 2 hours later went back to the shop and got told that they were busy and did not have time to phone the branch. We were told that they would phone us when the have booled the shoes so we can go and fetch them. I stil have not received one of the 3 phone calls i am waiting for. This branch has a serious incompetence issue and wil deter me from using any of the other footgear braches. I will not let my money keep the *********** employed!
