Cash exchange at footgear it’s a ****

I bought a takkie in Dec for my little brother who stays in EC, was not told these takkies are small make,unfortunately the takkie was too small for him.sadly there’s no footgear that side, I bought another 1 hoping that one will exchange for cash. Guess what been going to footgear in promenade for cash exchange been told they do not have cash in their tills. I’m asking for a voucher atleast nothing. I went there 5 times same story
