Branch to branch delivery

Very helpful staff buy very difficult to attain a shoe from another branch, to be transported to ur nearest, I visited the same branch 3 times within the same month but never received my shoe, at the end I requested a refund and it was given with out hesitation, good quality clothing tho, but pls don't make empty promises, disappointed ?
