BEST Customer Service from Thokozani Mtshali

I received the BEST service from Thokozani Mtshali at footgear Ellof street when I went to do the exchange on the 08/12/20 @ 15:03. The type of sneakers happened to be the last pair in their store after I had been to 4 different stores looking for it. Immediately when I walked in and asked he told me the size3 I wanted was the last pair they have and I must just be patient he will get it for me. I was very impressed that he knew his stock and he even knew that it was not on the floor. He did not even have to check on the system like other stores. He was very calm , friendly and smiling. He even asked me if there was anything else he could assist me with. He is an assert to Footgear at Ellof and he needs to go transfer his energy and compassion to the East Gate team.
