Baddest customer service ever!

Today I was at the Footgear store in Westgate Mall to enquire about a Layby I made long ago because I found a slip of that Layby. At the door of the store I found one of the staff members by the name Simphiwe. I greeted him nicely so that I could ask, I didn't even hear his response when I greeted; anyways that doesn't matter what matters is the kind of attitude I got from him. I've never experienced such a bad customer service in my life, he even failed to give me answers to my questions instead he told me that "yoh sisi unenkinga wena" meaning this lady has a problem, in the worst attitude ever. Yes I had a problem with because I left my money there so that's why I went to enquire about it so that I could know whether Footgear could've helped me or. I was expecting him to tell me yes we will or we can't help you as simple as that not the kind of treatment he gave me. He made me feel like a valueless customer. And I usually buy my son sneakers at Footgear but now if the staff members treat customers like they don't matter I don't see myself going to Footgear anymore.
