bad service

Bought a shoe and wear it for a month in thear store in town the she waer it twice and the shoe was broken and she paid 860 for a nike tekkie now when she go to canal walk store to return the manager said why is she coming there instead of going to town seriousley???? Nevertheless she took the shoe and her number saying she will call back we waited for a month she never call we call her many times everytime she will promise to call back tomorow till she went there and her answer was she had the same shoe for six month she never had a problem So she wont change it woow and when i call her to find out she told e the same and put the foun down what kind of customer service is that?
