Bad service

I would just like to point out that I bought my husband a pair of CAT work boots from Footgear last year. He didn't wear it until winter came along, I bought it because it was on special from R1499.00 to R999.00 so I couldn't leave it. He wore it for 2 months then it burst like I have never seen a shoe crack before. I took it back with the original box, they didn't even try to go the extra mile to help me to return it to the fabric or give me a refund.

only said I MUST have the original slip. I lost the slip so I'm sure they could just have looked on their system for the barcode, they must also have some kind of proof, they send us home without any explanation or any further assistance just that its bad luck and they can't do anything about it without the original slip, what if he got that shoes as a present,,,

we will never buy any shoes from that shop again because of the assistance and help afterwards
