bad service

<p>I bought a pair of shoes at footgear in westage on december, and on the 30 of January 2017 i decided to wear the shoes, on my way to work the heel was making a funny noice and wabling, i decided to go to the shop same day from work, i spoke to Loyd and he said the currently dont have my size i should come back on the 31 of January 2017 , i did that and when i got to the shop after work they said Loyd had just left i waited for 45 munits as the orther lady said she is going to check him, eventually she came back and i waited they said they are trying to phone him and he is not picking up his phone, and came the assistant manager with the bad attitude saying they cant exchange the shoes as i dont have a slip it is really annoying all i want is for them to fix this mess, i will never ever buy anything from that shop again because of their bad behaviour, they looked at me as if a was a fool waiting there for them to finis a debate in front of of me .</p>
