Bad client service

Went to the store to purchase shoes and they didn't have. Asked them to find me a pair in one of their stores. When I went there to check they didn't even check if they have them in any store and the respond I got was that they don't have the size that I want. They didn't tell me that the 1st I went there. They were chasing sales. Was assisted by the guy named Thuto.
