Arrogant stuff and aweful supervisor... They think they superior

I went to laybuy at footgear and forgot about it and last month end I came across it and went to cancel coz I wouldn't have money for it and went to cancel it and the supervisor said she will extend it coz it was its last month and the arrogance of that supervisor telling me "it's cancelled and I didn't answer my phone when she called coz we run away from such call" she couldn't even show me my number and they escalated and seen and I ended the best way I knew how by tearing up papers and leaving ...i will never go back there or any footgear if that's how they train people or do they just hire hoodrats who don't understand customer service
