Amazing Supervisor

Dear FOOTGEAR MANAGEMENT,

I recently purchased among a number of other purchases, a pair of Caterpillar boots from your store at the Langeberg Mall Western Cape.

The Caterpillar shoes was the worst letdown I have ever seen. Caterpillar what is going on???

But Please, this email is NOT about those Inferior shoes, but instead ,it is about a supervisor that went out of her way to resolve my issue. Quickly and Effectively.

It is about EXCEPTIONAL AND KIND SERVICE that I received from Ms Zuki Mnyande. She is the store supervisor.

Footgear must really feel privileged, having someone that is such a COMMODITY on their team.

I honestly recommend and hope, that you value this kind of rare talent and that you will LOOK AFTER HER VERY WELL.

This kind of customer service is very rare to find anywhere in South Africa.

I am a business owner myself and I know how valuable someone like Ms Zuki Mnyande is to a business. Hard to find and even harder to keep.

Hold on to this asset you have in Zuki, and please , treat her right with good future growth and promotion. Look after her,invest in her.
