Very poor service

The worst service possible. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on 3 Jan 2024 (3-7 business days) shipping as mentioned on order. I received the first pair 29 Jan 2024. The second pair they keep coming up with excuses if no stock and I must choose a second option. I have asked several times for a refund (even though there policy shows no refund. But if you advertise a sneaker and I’ve paid you and you can’t get them then give me my money back) they just ignore my messages for 4 days now and do not accept my phone calls. I would not recommend Footcation to anyone.
