Footcation: Do not Order from these People

On the 24th March, I made an online purchase of R1800 for Addidas OG Samba. On the 2nd April I went to collect my order at Postnet. Upon receipt, I realized that they gave me two left foot shoes. I immediately contacted their WhatsApp number to advise them and they have been ignoring me ever since. I have posted on all their social media platforms and they still choose to ignore me. I can’t accept that I have lost R1800 just like that. There are also some other people that have confirmed that they are waiting for months for their orders and they are just being ignored.
