Horrible service

I ordered the steak hakka noodles and a prawn hakka noodles from foodInn Shwarma house in retreat. Just to receive 2 steaks, bare in mind the prawn one costes 45rand more than the steak. I called FoodInn (Retreat) and spoke to Ali who was very rude and didnt want to listen to anything i said. I got upset and demanded a refund instead, he insisted that i visit the restaurant and get it myself. I have no facility to do so... he refused to give my correct order or collect and refund my money. This service is really poor, disgusting and unprofessional. You guys need real training.
