I ordered 3 R25.99 kotas through Ubereats and only two were delivered and when I contacted the shop I spoke to Brendon who wasn't sympathetic about getting the order wrong even after we have paid in full. He took my number and nobody has called me to advise on the way forward instead he told me that there was loadshedding and that I must come to the shop and get my refund how unprofessional is that. I called the store this morning since nobody has called me back and when I told them my problem they blocked my number.
