Refusal of wifi password to customers

I have visited food chain Kollonade 3 times when I asked for the wifi password they told me it's not working. On the 11 April 2022 I went to food chain again I asked for the wifi password I was told that they switched it off I must connect to gold rush which is their neibouring business , I told them that I am gonna report this matter the manager came and gave me the wrong password and disappeared afterwards.
