HORRIBLE SERVICE AT FOODCHAIN KOLLONADE MALL

Visited foodchain at kollonade mall on the 17 May 2024. The food was horrible and I couldn't even dish up twice. The waiter when collecting the plates told me we wasting food and asked if we know about wasting policy. How do one talk about policy after eating and not before. I was also told when I entered that there's a R50 kiddies buffet and my 4yr old did not eat even a quarter of the meal but I was charged R115. The manner in which I and my family were approached was really inappropriate and it felt as if we were given free food for them to complain like that. I have been eating at foodchain for several years but that was my last visit. I spent over R800 only to be insulted for the horrible food.
