FoodChain Kolonnade BAD SERVICE from Manager

Do not even want to give 1 star. Manager's attitude is absolutely something to gag about!!! We went for Breakfast 14/09/2019 firstly my mom asked for boiled eggs ans got served 4 baked eggs. In her plate was a long black/reddish hair all over the food so we call the manager, she takes the plate after 3-5min return with the plate still with the hair saying sorry its not 1 of their staff members hair. I said it is irrelevant where the hair comes from you don't serve food with hair in. She got very ****y and had a bad attitude. When we left she was talking about us and I overheard her and walked up to her and said she gave bad service as a manager and if she has something to say she should say it to our face. Then the other manager stepped it and was so surprised about what happened and tried to set it right but for a manager to treat customers like that is absolutely unacceptable!!!
