What a disappointment from KFC

I bought my meal and while I was eating I found hair on my drumstick. I asked the lady politely to kindly exchange it for me. The attitude I got from the staff was not right cos there were talking in front of me accusing me that I am the one who put the hair on the meal and worse they even asked one of the lady to give me a burnt wing . I don't know why I was treated like that or is it because I'm black what amaizes me is that they are also black. I also work with customers and I don't think I will ever give them that attitude. I am so disappointed n angry at the same time
