No refund and bad customer service

I paid for 21 day keto meals. In the 2nd week food started arriving late which made me cancel the 3rd week. It was agreed that the owner Chantal would refund me the R605 for the last few days. When she decides to reply to my whatsapps she is rude. No refund received yet. Terrible customer service from Chantal
