You've literally changed my life - for the worse!!!

<p>I thought moving to a different branch/location would help but I guess not. Late December 2016 we purchased a milk tart and a quiche, amongst other items, at FLM Kyalami. I really, really, love milk tart so I had quite a lot of tart. Less than a day after the purchase mould started growing on the milk tart and the quiche, so it all had to be thrown out. During the Dec/Jan period I experienced the worst pain in my life, I haven't had a baby yet but I'm sure the pain would be similar. The 24th of December I was lying on the bathroom floor ALL night, the 25th of December I cooked a big lunch but could not eat a single bit of it. For almost a week I had a severley upset stomach. Today, I am unable to eat any dairy, I'm assuming my stomach is now not able to process lactose. My brother also cannot eat dairy as he went through all of this after eating the quiche. So now FLM Kyalami is out of the picture. Yesterday (29/03/2017) we bought some little pies and sausage rolls, amongst other things, from FLM Greenstone. This morning I put some of the pies in a lunchbox for today. I just opened the lunchbox now and guess what? MOULD! I really don't understand how this is happening at so many branches and why FLM in its entirety is still open. It's unfair that we, as customers, have to go through this. P.S. I'm extremely mad that I am now mot able to eat milk tart, ice cream, cheese, etc. I can say "you've ruined my life"?</p>
