You're not serious about business

<p>On Wed 2 Nov I went to the Fruit and Veg to buy my monthly veggies and meat. The worker in the veg side was so rude. I wanted to buy a combo. The while I was reading the combo stuff, he took the board away. I told him I was still.reading but he ignored me. I followed him outside to.chevk the board get was busy erasing and I told him I wanted to know what the combo was. He rudely asked me if I wanted R99 or R120. I told him I couldn't say as I didn't know what was in each. He was rude and rushed past me and told me he had work to do. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager he said go right ahead and go to the coffee shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got to the coffee shop the correct manager wasn't there but a manager for FNB speed point or something like that. I told him. My story and he went to talk to the rude employee. The employee shouted at him telling him that he had sent me to find a manager, not him as he wasn't a manager. The employee rudely asked him if he was a .anger and then sent him packing. The maker told me to continue with my shopping he would find the right manager. When I was done with my shopping I went back to him and he directed me to the right manager who was equally dismissive and rude. Before I was done telling him what happened he cut me off saying yah yah I know the story what do you want me to do about it. Do you want me to give him a citation or what it's at that point that I. Understood why the employee behaves the way he does and is not afraid of a complaint to the manager. They are exactly the same as rude alike. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spend on average R3000 a month at your store. While this is a drop in the ocean for you, it's a fortune for me and to be treated so rudely is a slap in the face when I want to spend my hard earned cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse, I bought the chocolate covered shortcake tumbles as they are my favourite. When I get home, I see more than half I've eaten are peanuts as opposed to chocolate. While I'm ok eating peanuts, there are people who have a peanut allergy and this surely amounts to food contamination. Are there no industry standards that regulate this? It is allowed to sell peanut tumbles disguised as shortcake tumbles?</p>
