Wrong Food items on Platter

My husband ordered a platter on Saturday at Kyalami fruit and Vege (Food *****s). He was told to collect the platter at 16:00. We then went to fetch the platter at the suggested time and to our surprise, our platter had wrong items. The lady who works at the food court told us they replaced the mushrooms with cherry tomatoes and cheese because the mushrooms are out of stock. To my surprise 3 items where not on the platter. The manager was then called and he showed no interest of resolving the issue and instead he just walked away and told the lady to make mushrooms for us. We had to again for the food to be made and to my disgust we were not allowed to get a refund because we paid when making the order. Utterly disgusted!!!<br>
