Worst store experience ever

Yesterday the 28th of April 2025 I arrived at Food *****s Bothasig. On the door it says that the store opens up at 8 o clock on a public holiday. The parking lot was almost full. We waited until 8:05 and still the store remained close. We than knocked at the door but the staff said the store only opens at 9. We than told them that it's a public holiday and it's suppose to open up at 8. We asked to see the manager, whereby the manager never came. 8:10 the manager send a staff member with a board to say that the store will only open at 9. Eventually I tried to speak to a staff member and than another staff member pushed me away. I told him not to push me but he continued. Only at 8:20 they started pushing out the trollies. But by that time I decided that food *****s don't deserve my money and I left. Appartly the manager on duties name was either Cumming or Carmen. Couldn't make out the name because that was the time I got pushed out of the way. So many customers turned around. I hope that the manager on duty would be dealt with because he/she is very pethatic and a poor excuse for managers everywhere.
