WORST SERVICE EVER

I am typing this with such disappointment about Food *****s @ Sunward Park Lifestyle center. My wallet was ****** from my handbag and only noticed when i got to the till. They cashier called the MANAGER and advised him of the incident, while i was on the phone trying to block my cards. I then asked him if he could check the cameras, because the guy might still be inside and he just gave me a lame excuse that there are too many cameras in the shop and it takes time to look. Even though i gave him an estimated time and the exact area i was at, but still didn't even want to attempt to look. All he said was i must leave my contact details and they'll call me if anyone finds the wallet...... I was still in shock and disbelief of what happened. I just left, but i must say that was the worst customer service i received from any Manager. Especially about something so important and urgent.
