Worst Service and worst food from Food*****s Menlyn Park Shopping Centre

Yesterday, 12/06/2023 around 17:10 I thought if what I could quickly prepare for my family supper considering the struggles of load shedding. So I went to Food *****s Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, what a disaster. I had lost faith in food *****s ever since the one in Woodlands Boulevard closed, but you know I thought to myself, it would not hurt to try them again and that moment of regression and embarrassment when I get home after I bought wors from them and when cooking it the smell that came out was utter embarrassing cause my husband and the kids never had experience such a bad smell in the house. When I called I spoke to Tshepo, whom was going to get manager to call me the following day cause it was late. Well he called 13/06/2023 around 07:39 in the morning and our conversation was I was going to get the call at 8. Well I called back no answer, then I thought to myself, why am I even following up or bothering myself, Food*****s is the one at fault. So I waited thinking I would get a call, nothing till this moment. So not only the food is nonsense, the service is absolutely nonsense. I wonder if we ate that wors, either we would be sick today. Never mind me, what about another person who would bought it. It is so shocking.
