Worst managerial service ever.

whom it may concern,

I, Mr Fourie, a customer, saw the tag on the shelf which states that "Promotion, Flanigans all varieties R14, 99 each" So as it is a special I took numerous packs. I got to the till point and the lady at the till (only friendly person) called the manager, well I sincerely hope that she is NOT a manager. Unfortunately I did not ask her name, however she is extremely rude, has absolutely NO people communication skills and even after I personally fetched the adverti*****t off the shelf and showed it to her, she rudely brushed me off and in a rude and arrogant tone in front of my 4 year old daughter said she's not going to give me the product at that price because it's only the packs with a 50% sticker. However NOWHERE on the adverti*****t does it state that. I have NEVER received service like this at this food*****s market. What happened to striving towards customer satisfaction or the customer is always right?
