White customers not being assisted over and over again at Stoneridge

On the 24th of December in a peak-hour store, I had a situation where I and another white lady was not assisted but another lady of color was assisted before us even though we were waiting for the only person in the store that can assist with collecting platters.

I raised it with the person on the platter and he said the lady was there before me, even though I was standing in the spot she was moments before (the person managing the tills asked me to move. out of the way). A Manager that was called also of color laughed it away and said that it is not an appropriate time to make a scene as the shop was extremely busy. A white blond manager then approached me and asked me what the problem is, she said she will sort it. I asked for a written apology form the person managing the platter he laughed and said he will not apologize. The lady said she will sort it out and get an apology letter to me two days later. A month later and nothing... no contact from the store... This is not the first racial incident at the store.

I am now to the point of taking legal steps. Don't visit Food *****s Stoneridge.
