what a joke

I made my way over to the smoothie counter on Sunday the 6th of December, after eventually grasping the attention of one of the ladies who work the smoothie counter who were not paying any attention to customers but rather busy with something else completely behind the counter, I ordered my smoothie as I usually do and requested to replace the yogurt with ice, as I usually do, I was met with the response after 5min of back and forward between her and a colleague , I was then told to go to the freezer isle and purchase a bag of ice if I wanted ice instead of yogurt in my smoothie. Come on, i have been supporting food*****s for the few years they have been open and I have had a few issues with them (raw pork off the hot food section) but this is the last straw, I then asked to see a manager but was met with a blank stare by the tellers and a headshake as to whether of not anyone knew of there was or was not a manager on duty
