Westgate Food *****s Westgate - Disgusted, HURT and very dissatisfied MOULDY FOODS

I am so SHOCKED and very disturbed by what i experienced with FOOD *****S MARKET WESTGATE

The ITEM BOUGHT from them Moja Pies gave my son food poisoning and i have the medical report to prove it and whatsapp conversations with the branch manger at Westgate branch and the store manger

On the 16th November i bought a few items as always for my sons weekly school lunch box. He loves various items from the store but 1 of his favs as a 8 year old boy is the Moja Sausage roll pie - as told by Werner the branch manger that The country pies is actually their supplier and that Dino who is the CEO of country pies was aware of my matter that my son became so sick from and i have the dr report and the receipt to show where and when i bought the products and was told by Werner the branch manager that Dino from country pies brushed the complaint off

My sons school contacted me and sent me the image of the pie that had GREEN MOULD in the centre of the pie that caused my son to become extremely ill. I immediately contacted Food *****s market Westgate Samantha who is the branch manager who was speaking over me raising her voice RUDE terrible customer service that asked me to please bring the item they will take from there with the dr report which i did and then gave my son shoe box size of a few fruits and sweets to apologize and from there started ignoring me and the fact that my son food poisoning and is totally ignoring me.

I tried to resolve this matter without going to the media but no. Instead a big franchise like food *****s market has decided to be rude and ignore me

Yet a 8 year old boy could have died and we fight the foreign owned shops that is selling products thats killing our kids but food *****s and Moja pies ( county pies) doesnt see the urgency of this which as a mom and USED TO BE faithful customer of food *****s is very hurt and disappointed.
