Well Done

"This is the 2nd time I have bought boerewors at Food *****s that is so close to off....tastes like sweat, it is sour. This week I threw away half n box of mince the was rotten when we defrosted it and if the mince is not off then it is full of bones. I worked in a Butchery for 5 years and expect better quality meat when buying at a store. Do not think I will ever buy there again. Thank you very much." This was my complaint earlier in the month. I was phoned by the manager of the Butchery in Food *****s Market and I explained exactly how I felt. Without hesitation I was asked to pop in at the store when I have a chance to see if they could change my mind on how I felt and to compensate me on my loss. I did go in to the store and spoke to "Robbie" I was greeted by a friendly guy who made up for my loss and explained to me the changes that they have made in the store to prevent the same thing from happening again. Meat I received tasted great. So thank you "Robbie" I WILL be seeing you again and will continue to buy my meat there. Regards, Dion
