I recently bought some ribs from the butchery and l wasn’t satisfied with the taste. However, I was very impressed with how professionally the team handled the matter. They refunded me without any hassle and were extremely courteous throughout the process.

Great customer service from the admin manager Bodimnaus, the butchery manager, and the cashier Enphor. Thank you for turning an unpleasant experience into a positive one, truly excellent service
