Waiting for a long time for service

After waiting for a long time at the smoothie counter the lady finally arrived looking very angry and was very rude to us. She then refused to exchange the yogurt for milk for the smoothies. As this is normal practice at other branches we were very surprised and left the store. I would rather now do my shopping at another mall which is closer then driving all the way to Cradlestone and get service like this.
