Vrot Food

I'm rather just writing a review as I feel it is pointless to complain in store. My wife bought 2 flatties (whole chicken marinated) from Food *****s Sunward Park, 1 lemon & herb and 1 BBQ. They were both off and couldn't eat it at all. How does one complete your Saturday night with the family when you realize after the braai that the chicken is vrot? The same thing happened a year ago with the same branch when I bought about R300 worth of wors. Last year I complained (phoned) and the manager said I could bring it back the next morning with the till slip, I wrapped the wors but the next morning we went out as a family so I also never bothered. Getting your money back or food replaced vs a night missed with family and friends.... I have also had a marinade I bought there to be off. So I am now just going to spread the word with all my family and friends that this place is a no go and their food is NOT as fresh as they tell us. I have spend lots of money with Food *****s since they've opened but I will definitely not go there again EVER!!!!
