Very rude employee - Unbelievable

I normally visit Food *****s in Comaro Crossing, and have always had a splendid experience, but Wednesday 9 January 2019, was not anything close to good. I went to the ready foods section, and waited a while before getting assistance. Eventually I was assisted by a lady by the name of Lindi. Whilst she assisted me she was having a very loud emotional conversation with a colleaugue metres apart. I then asked for a drumstick and a wing which she placed on a palet for me, I then asked her how much it is maybe I can add another chicken peice, in the middle of her chatting to her friend she told me the amount and continued with her chat.

I asked her to add a chicken peice, of which she obviously did not hear as she was chatting away. When they stopped, she paused, frowned and asked me what I want (in Zulu), I repeated that I would like an extra chicken. She literally picked a peice and threw it onto my food. normally, I am not one to complain, I just let things slide but this time I felt I was being disrespected by my food being thrown.

I then asked Lindi why she was throwing my food am I being a pain, of which she responded that its because I have a bad attitude and I am asking her but with an attitude. I asked her calmly why she would say such, at that point she took a point of no return at telling me I have a pathetic attitude that's why she threw my food ( a statement she later denied when we spoke to the floor manager, Tendayi).

I am shell shocked, disgusted and disappointed at the level of service I received. For a customer agent to attack me and tell me in my face I have an attitude, and just by the way when I first started with her I joked about how I loved her chicken and not any other chicken, a joke she ddnt even smile at!

Lindi also went on to speak derogatory about me to her colleagues whilst I listened and watched in absolute awe. With all the bad publicity we heard earlier in the week on 702, I am surprised Food *****s continues to keep such rude employees who clearly have no respect for anybody else, including management when it comes to customer service!
