Very confusing coaster service

Good day, I just came from your Tokai branch and doing my as usual monthly needed stuff. Came to the butcher as I usually buy the sauces over the counter to be told by Matthew (manager of department as I was told) that they don't sell, well I explained to him that I have bought sauces every month for I don't know how long now, just to be told they did me a favor. A favor to me is done once not for the last year or more. as well as him getting an attitude with me to tell me I can have sauce if I'm gona pay R69kg,but he then just told me they don't sell it.

Then further down to the bakery wanting to make a order for a big cake Shaheeda at the counter just told me that they have a order but they will find out if I can so she came back that they don't sell big cakes anymore. So what the flip is happening as I'm always happy at ur store, I would appreciate some feedback please
