Very bad service from food *****s Management and security guard

My aunt who is more than 60years went to food *****s Dobsonville mall this morning, security guard refused her to come in the shop because she is using her scarf to cover her mouth and nose as was explained by minister of gogta. When she asked him to call the manager, manager says he/she is very busy. I am very disappointed about the service especially management as well. She was allowed in pic n pay and other stores.
