VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I lodge a complaint on their website on Monday about their rotten Pork Sosaties at the Stoneridge Branch. Got a mail back from head office telling me they have escalated the matter to the relevant parties and that they will get into contact with to resolve the problem. Up until now no one has come back to me and the rotten Pork Sosaties is still in my Fridge. Tried several times over the past few days to phone the store but no one answers the phone.
