Very Bad Attitude and Poor Service
We went to food *****s Market Westgate Krugersdorp to buy the combo deal, on previous times we went to shop there the combo was packed next to each other which makes it very easy for us. Today 06/03/2024 the combo was all over in fridges and some on pallets, I am a disabled pensioner I then had to ask the staff to help me to get the combo and all they did was they showed me towards a direction. When we go got to the teller the lady had a very bad attitude towards us because we to took beets instead of sweet Potatoe, my husband went to exchange it. The lady at the teller in the meantime stood up 3 times to check our trolley. Our loose items were laying on the counter at the back, she just continued with the next customer, there was no packer and she never asked us if we want a box to put our loose items in. I spoke to a supervisor and even her attitude was definitely not very professional.
When we arrived at the till the lady had a very bad attitude towards us because we took beets instead of sweet potato, my husband took the beets and exchanged it for the sweet potatoes.

I just want to say to you people at Hollopeter . com thank you very much for your prompt action you took towards Food *****s Market . The top ranked people at Food *****s Market are not interested in the cost of living. I would like to tell you how my wife and myseif feel about Food *****s Market. They gave us a Hundred Rand Voucher. What I have to say to you doe>s not go round about the hundred rand voucher it goes round about what they think and feel about there customers. ( 1 ) The R 100 voucher was an insult and a slap in the face It cost them R 100 to coureur the vouch from Cape Town not to mention the R 100 petrol it cost us to drive from Kenmare to food *****s market ( 2 ) It shows us customers that they don't think any about us all they think about is money ( 3 ) It shows us how they value there customers it is a disgrace.
