Utterly disgusted with FLM

FLM at Vincent in East London. I was there today around past 5 and parked my vehicle on the top parking. Only to realize when, I got home that it was broken into. Lost a bag that had my clothing and my work laptop. Went back to FLM only to be told that there are no cameras there and the building is owned by JH Group they are refusing to install cameras. The manager/caretaker not sure had the guts to tell me it's a regular thing and that most clients don't park there. There is no guard, no cameras no nothing yet 90% of the people that park there usually go to FLM. Imagine being told that the owners are not listening to us? What must, I do? I went to their premises, they should ensure the safety and well-being of the clients considering the fact that this is a regular thing that occurs. I am utterly disappointed with FLM, they have 3 guards inside the shop standing at the door at least they can deploy one at that parking seeing that they are aware of the crime that takes place there...
