Useless staff

<p>I went to food *****'s market café in jabulani mall with my sister to buy a simple ice cream like any customer...while waiting outside my sister went inside to buy 2 ice creams, it takes less than 5 minutes to transact money and give me a receipt and be served ice cream, but we waited for almost 15 minutes and when asking as to why aren't we be served the lady gave us a smirk...the queue was long. I asked for them to call the manager and he said he wasn't aware that there is no one to serve us...but that person never came</p>
